Your business data (customers, orders, inventory) remains safe. Staff accounts will be automatically disabled if your new plan does not support staff accounts. You will be able to choose a paid plan that fits your business.
Can I change my plan?+
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Your data stays intact regardless of your plan.
What happens to my data if I change plans?+
Your data is never deleted. You only gain or lose access to features based on your current plan.
What happens when I reach my Free plan limits?+
You won't lose any data. You'll be prompted to upgrade to Starter or Pro to add more customers, orders, or inventory.
How does Tessa's AI action limit work?+
Each request to Tessa counts as one action. The limit resets monthly. You can see your remaining actions on your dashboard.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
